These Terms & Conditions apply to inquiries, sample requests, and other business engagement submitted through this website with Petra for Concentrate Juice Industries(“Petra Juice”). They are separate from, and in addition to, our Terms of Use, which govern use of the website itself.

Submitting a form on this website, including a contact inquiry, sample request, or speculative application, does not create a binding order, contract, or commercial commitment. Pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery terms are agreed only through a signed quotation, purchase order, or contract between Petra Juice and the customer.

Any proprietary formulations, specifications, or documentation shared with you as part of an inquiry remain the property of Petra Juice and are provided solely to evaluate a potential business relationship.

Information you share with us through an inquiry is used only to respond to that inquiry and evaluate your request. Where either party requires stronger confidentiality protection (for example, around formulations or commercial terms), we are glad to enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement before detailed information is exchanged.

Information provided in response to an inquiry, including indicative specifications and pricing, is offered in good faith but does not constitute a warranty until confirmed in a signed agreement. Final product specifications, certificates of analysis, and commercial terms are governed by the applicable sales contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petra Juice is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided through this website prior to a signed commercial agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, represent our full terms for engagement through this website. They do not supersede any separately signed commercial agreement, which will govern in the event of a conflict.
